  One of my favorite lunch spots from work. The Malamute, Pyrenees, Greyhound and of course, The Big Dog are all good choices. Rounded out with unique, classic soft drink options that set it apart from the usual. I'm sure some people would consider it a hole-in-the-wall, and yes the lines can be long at times. But absolutely worth it for those who enjoy a great meal from a great local business. It just means you're getting a better value without paying for extra overhead and marketing! Better than similarly-priced sandwiches from the chains nearby.

  Whoever said service is slow is crazy. Sandwiches are toasted, which requires a few minutes to run the sandwich through the oven. Sometimes the line is a little long because it's such a popular place. But the staff is excellent and moves things along as quickly as possible. Great sandwiches.

  Been to this place twice now, both were very excellent. ove had the big dog (prime rib sub) and mastiff (meatball sub) - this place may not have the looks, but they deliver on a quality sub. like a subway sorta, but five times better (no picture due to instaneous consumption).
