  Very unimpressed with this place. I had to repeat myself more than once to get a total of two toppings added. I also clearly told him just ranch on it and he starts putting mayo on instead. When I stated that I wanted just ranch he was like, uh so no mayo? Umm... Obviously they don't sound alike, so no. He didn't scrape it off even, but rather just left it. Ok.. I guess fine. Then, the same guy was only going to make one sandwich instead of the two I ordered to go (same exact sandwiches). I understand a different guy rang me up but they have a tv screen you can see what the customer ordered on. Then, to top it off... He rolled the sandwiches like a burrito when he placed them in the foil wrapping (so the bread was facing vertical instead of horizontal)!!! I had to tell him to correct it so that they would lay flat when my boyfriend and I were to open them so they wouldn't fall apart since the bread was supposedly toasted (it wasn't, was mushy when I got home 5 min later). Seriously isn't that hard to figure out how to wrap a sandwich. We won't ever be going back there due to the rudeness and incompetence of the employees.

  Pretty underwhelming sandwiches. And staff was rude. Overall was okay. If I'm craving a philly I may come back. They really skimp on the meat.
