  We just arrived at this location after a trip from the mountains. It was atleast 5 minutes before closing. After sitting at the menu board for a minute or two without anyone asking to take our order we drove around to the window and sat there atleast 5 minutes trying to get the attention of an employee. A young man finally came over to explain they closed at 8:00 and we tried to explain that we were there before 8:00. He acted as if he was annoyed and wanted to become argumentative with my girlfriend as she was driving. We pulled away and he sarcastically said have a good night ma'am. I work in customer service and rule one is never argue with the customer. I am not asking for anything free as I do not want anything else from Starbucks. I usually visit their stores several times a week and that will end as of tonight. Dunkin Donuts will now beyond coffee shop. I just want everyone know when the employee acts this way they no longer get my money. I hope the proper disaplanary actions will be taken as you lost 6 customers. Have a good night.

  I stood at the counter waiting to order while there were 3 employees behind the counter, and none of them said anything to me. I asked if they were open for business since I was really surprised that no one had said anything to me... at all. They all looked confused and still no one offered to help me. I'm going to find another starbucks. Starbucks, in general, is wildly successful, in part because they serve delicious coffee and espresso beverages, as well as food items, but it's also because of the stellar customer attention most locations offer. If you are used to getting smiling, friendly attention at Starbucks, this is not the place.
