Cashier or barista or how do you call them took the order very rude and even gave the change to customer by almost throwing the coins at lady. Lady could not grab her change and all coins were on the ground. She picked her change from the ground. I was so pissed off. Lady could not say something. The cashier did not even say sorry. I left starbucks right away. I will never buy drink from starbucks. I guess by making a lot of money they forgot how to serve people.February 06, 2017

I am a regular there (even on the busiest days) And from when I come in to when I leave I feel warm, they bust their butts getting drinks out and to keep the place clean!! They really know customer service from the back of their hands!! One time I got a regular chai instead of my iced soy chai and they apologized and remade my drink!!August 27, 2016
